1. Silicon tape
It is generally used in power die tube packaging (such as switching power supply), standard parts TO-220, to-3p, etc. in this scenario, a thin layer of thermal conductive silicone grease is generally applied at the same time to enhance the adhesion between them and achieve better thermal conductivity. As for the silicon tape of our company's existing specifications, it can only meet the use of low-power (power less than 100kV) power supply. When facing the power supply with higher demand, the silicon tape of K10 and sp900 types of bages are mostly used.
2. Silicone grease
It is used in the main chip of power supply plus heat sink (such as PC power supply), or in combination with silicon tape on the die tube. The application of silicone grease in the power supply is generally medium and low-end materials. Our silicone grease products can meet most of the power supply needs.
