The soft silicone thermal pad has the characteristics of high thermal conductivity, low thermal resistance, good fit on heat dissipation components, and insulation. The product has been fully cured and no additional curing process is required for use. Good heat dissipation performance and can be closely connected with components. Because of its low hardness, it can show small thermal resistance under low pressure, while exhausting the air between components and circuit boards, and can fully fill various rough surfaces, it is easy to adapt and adhere to parts with uneven surfaces for reliable and complete physical contact.
